 A Nigerian Police man, in a desperate move to demonstrate before the management of Zenith

Bank Plc, at Mpape branch , a few minutes drive to Abuja city, that he was capable of

policing the multi-billion dollar bank, took the lives of taxi load of passengers, simply

because the driver attempted to negotiate a bend near the bank.

The combatant officer gun down the passengers, including a pregnant woman,

who was going to attend ante-natal at an undisclosed hospital in Maitama, according to

eye witness account. The sharp shooter took to his heels, when he realized that he had

 wasted the lives of the innocent passengers within a twinkle of an eye.  Passers bye and

those who heard the gun shots forced their way into the bank, while both the workers and

 customers ran for their safety.

It actually took the intervention of the Military men near the area

to stop the bank from being seriously touched.  Watchdogreporters can authoritatively confirm

the over-zealous nature of Nigerian Police when they see harmless citizens.

It has also observed

that those attached to banks, particularly Zenith bank are usually over-assigned to the detriment

of their customers. Security men attached to Zenith bank, according to Watchdogreporters’

investigation receive special bonus, outside the money they pay to the police officially.

This may have informed the reasons behind the police unruly behaviour, whenever an innocent

citizen is seen standing or walking within the radius of the bank. Nigerian police do scramble

 to be posted to any Zenith bank branch.
